Can't say much but there is a musician/artist industry funded by the CIA who is about to be very famous soon because he found out a way to kill people with music. He uses certain frequencies produced/mixed in a certain way that stops your heart beat completely. Funny thing is he's a literal nigger that just figured it out on his own. He uses a music production program called "ableton" to achieve these effects and after he uploaded a negro rap-song on "soundcloud" the song only got 30 views but all the listeners died upon pressing play. From what I was told by Rachael it's not "new tech" the millitary already knew about it. they where just surprised a negro rapper guy figured it out. He sold his soul after the CIA got a hold of him and is going through the MK ultra thing rn. You'll know who I'm talking about soon. The bass tones on his music is going to physically numb the human body of listeners because the CIA allowed him to use his discovery but to a less extent.
