The doctors typically don't know what's wrong and the injuries can be similar to radiation sickness or burns, fatigue, weird sensations, vision problems or other undefined debilitating syndromes that can last for days or weeks, months years.
You shouldn't believe anything Carlson says. He has a pretty obvious track record of making things up and lying for views and attention. He's like one of the least trustworthy people to talk about UFOs.

Judging the validity of ideas by the validity of their promoters can be detrimental to judging things by logic and become a problem. Ad hominem is considered a logical fallacy for a reason.

That being said, the UFO topic is very dark, they have killed and harmed people, Colares, Brazil being a good example. Aliens are very racist, they have preferred races, Northern European Whites of certain blood types but they are giving toys to the Chinese in a winner take all sort of arms race. I don't know where you think you are but nothing in this universe is benevolent from the smallest prion or virus to the largest animal, humans and even the God damn weather will kill you. Aliens will rip your face off and eat it in front of you for fun, but they can't hurt your soul so they just don't care what happens to you or the pain you feel. Reality is just a game for them and you're a dumb toy, I'll be that way for another 100,000 years and that's if we even last the next 200 years..

How much more dangerous is a hyper advanced aerial vehicle that operates on exotic physics?
