>>42184026Honestly I use the tapes mostly to fall asleep nowadays so i'm not sure. Start with Discovery, learn the mantra and all that and progress at your own pace. You won't get demonically possessed because you form a protective bubble and are protected by whatever higher benevolent consciousness you choose. I think the most important part is not to force it. Mind you I have not astrally projected or anything like that, only entered states of hypnagogia, relaxation and falling asleep. If you want to stay lucid you would have to practice some form of relaxed concentration keeping yourself conscious throughout all states.
Start small. Do 1 task per day. And that only. Clean your house or if you live at home help cleaning. Helping yourself or others is an act of love which in turn brings you closer to god. And pray. I do it on my own ways and have a little talk of how grateful i am about the things that I do have. I come from far. Depression. Addiction. Trauma and those small things are still keeping me afloat.
