Qi and hands
##################################

0. The Yong-chun and Jang-shim are channels through which energy flows in and out of the body, serving as pathways through which universal energy is supplied to the human body. Before beginning training to sense energy, it is important to properly relax both the mind and the body.

1. First, rub your hands together vigorously until your palms feel warm. Then clap at least 50 times. The sensation in the Jang-shim points will become more noticeable as blood circulates actively through the entire palms of both hands. When clapping, spread your hands wide like fans to make sure all parts of both palms are fully stimulated.

2. Relax your entire body comfortably so there is no tension in your neck, shoulders, arms, or chest, and allow your mind to relax as well. Press your palms together in front of your chest and focus on the sensations in your palms.

Keeping your attention on the warmth in your palms naturally leads to concentration. Stay focused on your hands, noticing even the smallest sensations present there.

At first, you will feel body heat, and then you may begin to notice both warm and cool sensations. Be aware of the blood flowing from your heart through your arteries to your hands. You may feel the pulse within your hands, along with other subtle sensations.

3.Continue to keep your awareness on the palms of your hands as you slowly move them about 5 to 10 cm apart. In your hands, you may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, and what feels like a magnetic force or gentle pressure. Your hands may even feel as though they are floating in the air.

4. Maintaining this feeling, slowly move your hands apart as you inhale and bring them closer together as you exhale. It is important to stay relaxed and move slowly and naturally. Once you can concentrate easily, you can continue this practice regardless of your breathing pattern.

You may begin to feel a strong energy field, soft like jelly, forming between your hands. If this sensation becomes stronger, move your hands even farther apart and pay attention to the changes in the Qi energy as the distance between your palms increases.

Your hands may start to feel like magnets, gently pushing away from and pulling toward each other. This sensation is very subtle at first, but with continued focus it gradually becomes stronger and clearer. As the sense of Qi energy grows, move your hands farther apart. Follow the flow of this energy with your hands, feel its movement, and simply experience the sensation.

I'll give ya one better for opening the laogung and yin arm channels
use heat source for this
hold palm up to the heat source
then dig a fingernail into the laogung point, remember this feeling
use that feeling along with the inhalation and intent to press the heat into the laogung
relax the exhale
keep the intention at the laogung point throughout all of this beginning phase
eventually you will feel the laogung sort of burst open and hot liquid feeling will emerge from it and begin traveling up your hand
it reminded me of being a kid and getting Chewels gum and you bite into it and the liquid escapes
keep the intention pressing at the laogung during inhales until that liquid tendril of heat reaches the pericardium 7 point, past there, draw the heat-tendril only as far as you can tangibly feel it, and hold/relax it during the exhale
once you are able to draw this heat-tendril to the sea point in the elbow, the chi goes deep and then reacts out the mu/shu points for the pericardium, and the heat is distributed along the UB channel, washing you over with warmth
you can warm yourself up with this, even to the point of overheating and making yourself sweat
with the laogung and yin arm channels open, one may more efficiently express chi out of the hands

i remember reading something similar to this but I forgot where, is this method from a book or something?
>>
>>42193310
You can jump straight to 3 and 4, just move around as described and you should start to feel that gentle magnetic resistance.
>>
>>42193633
you read it right here on /x/, man
you wont find this in a book
>>
>>42193674
alright. Also is my method replicable, did it work for you?

>>42193673
did you try it out?
>>
>>42193633
which is wild you've remembered, because I've only shared this once before here and outside of that, only in private circles
>>
>>42193688

>>
>>42193688

What is the origin or meaning of this symbol you posted?
>>
>>42193310
>only yes or no response
Yes
>>
>>42196710
This alchemical symbol describes the Chemical Wedding or the Sacred Marriage of the charge, poles, hemispheres and sexes. The triangle represents ascending male/yang/positive force and the circle symbolizes the encompassing female/yin/negative. The Caduceus represents the dance of the two polar forces in the spiral movement of all energy and matter through spacetime, in generating the evolutionary process of the Universe. The fire symbolizes the zero point plenum from which Kundalini, Matter and Spirit emerge. The prana. Ether or ferment that is both the Source, Cause and final Omega.
