The Roman Lucifer is simply the name of the Morning Star (aka Venus) as a celestial body and doesn't fit into the role of a "God" as many of us understand. The connection to the Caaninte myths that later became the Abrahamic religions comes from one of their characters also being called the "Morning Star".
