There was scheduled for today April 9th for a UFO to enter the atmosphere.Has anybody here seen evidence of a possible alien arrival or are you able to identify what this was?
It may be that it (they) have not arrived yet, we are waiting for confirmation.
>>42229826Just because it doesn't have a SpaceTrack name doesn't mean it's an UFO. The 2025-009F designation means it's been identified for a while.
According to Gem:That satellite designation (2025-009F) refers to an object from a SpaceX Falcon 9 launch that took place on January 14, 2025. While the primary mission of that launch was a Starlink batch (Group 7-35), "Object F" (NORAD ID 62614) was one of the secondary pieces of hardware—specifically, a Starlink satellite from that cluster.Reentry Status: April 9, 2026The satellite did indeed complete its orbital decay yesterday. Here are the specifics:Official Status: Decayed. The satellite is no longer in orbit.Reentry Time: It reentered the Earth's atmosphere on April 9, 2026, roughly between 04:00 and 10:00 UTC.Location: Current orbital models suggest the final plunge occurred over the South Pacific Ocean. This is a standard "graveyard" area for reentering debris to ensure safety.Outcome: As a Starlink satellite, it was designed to be 100% demisable. This means it likely burned up completely in the upper atmosphere due to the intense friction and heat of reentry, leaving no significant debris to reach the ground.
>>42229866I should note that I didn't give it the NORAD ID ("Cat no" on that pic), just the "designation" (COSPAR ID), so it successfully looked up the object, it's thus unlikely to be hallucinating.
>>42229866ok thanks anon, I had not been able to confirm what it was yet, now I have only to worry about fengyun 1c debris this week.Have any insights about >1998-067xx reentry next week?
