>>42235178I had sleep paralysis a couple times growing up. Then when I was 21 and started planning my suicide I'd get it once or twice a week. A couple months later I started working nights and I'd get sleep paralysis at least 8 or 9 times while I was trying to sleep during the day, every single day. It was so bad my fiancee would wake me up and make me get up and walk around a few minutes before going back to sleep, otherwise I'd wake up, roll over, go back to sleep, and almost immediately go right into an episode of sleep paralysis. Haven't had it in years now, prison seemed to cure it as retarded as that sounds. My sleep paralysis demon looked like a tall grey alien, think the aliens from Signs. It would just stand in the doorway staring at me. Worst mistake I ever made was making myself open my eyes.

>>42235178Today I had a sleep paralysis in a weird way.I woke up from one dream into another dream multiple times, each time waking up into a parallel universe.Once I was sleeping in the bed of my cousin, another time I woke up in my parents bedroom etc etc, it happened like 15 times, each time getting more and more panicked and convicned that I'm in an infinite loop.Initially thought that I "woke up" in the real world and I always felt a relief, just to suddenly be engulfed by darkness, following it up with a dreaded feeling of death.As the experience went on, i got demoralized and gave up hope that I will ever wake up in the real world.Around the 15th time I got annoyed of this and I told to myself "fuck this I want out of this stupid existence, Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me, a sinner", then I woke up in the "real" world but everything felt fake, it took me like 20 minutes till I realized that I woke up in reality.
