Has anyone noticed that there seems to be a *lot* of trees being cut down everywhere this particular spring?

Everywhere all I can see is cut down trees.Electricity became so expensive "to save the planet from global warming" that many people went back to burning wood in winter instead of using electricity. That's funny. I noticed this year pruning is extreme in my area (Spain) and many people around me commented about it. I know certain trees get heavy pruning one every number of years, but since you created this thread...
