Do you imagine erasing it?
Do you make it disappear?

What is a simplified way of

I've found that just "commanding" what I want works sometimes, like maybe 30% of the time. It's basically the same thing as when you're going to bed and tell yourself you're going to awaken at a certain time...and you do. E.g., last night I told myself I would astrally project. I ended up entering the vibrational state twice. Not quite what I wanted but pretty close.

I haven't used this trick in like 15 years and never did experiment with how far I can go with it, but after last night's experience I intend to.
