>Be ancient South America/Mexico
>Literal birthplace of peyote, psilocybin, and ayahuasca
>Inhabitants are ultra-violent savages who love human sacrifice
>Mythology is filled with gore-tier gods and endless bloodshed
>Fast forward to modern day South America/Mexico
>Famous for cartels, snuff films, and the most brutal crimes on Earth
>That "oneness with the universe" and "the world is made of love" BS you felt on your last trip is just a chemical delusion. This is the reality of the plant medicine.

Protip: You can't refute this.
>>
Scandinavian and celtic cultures used psilocybin as far back as the end of last ice age. Found in burials etc.

If you think of the earth as a mirror of the mind with the logical side on the left, being the west, the creative on the right, being the east, then the south americans are closer to base function of the brain. This is why their closer to the earth in their culture and more brutal. Ask yourself why duality is carved along the same axis in non contact cultures across time and geography.

When you're truly enlightened you don't give a shit about bodily things like suffering and death. Human sacrifice is like a fun rollercoaster to them.
>>
>>42244868
That's not true at all. If you're enlightened then you should see how much of a temple the body really is. Aztecs didn't respect that at all.
>>

That boils it down a bit too much. Psychedelic experiences are and were very enlightening, in the most true sense of the word, compared to the prevailing worldview of "the west" in the 1950s. At that time, there were only two valid models for interpreting the world. Those were pure atheistic rational materialism, where everything is just a chain of cause and effect. And then the other way to look at the world was through Christianity, either Catholicism or Protestantism of some kind. If you experienced something that didn't fit into either of those paradigms, then you were just considered insane.

Any experience of telepathy, share hallucinations, remembrance of past lives, group mind effects....none of those fit into either the paradigm of materialism or the paradigm of Christianity. That's why people considered them enlightening.

Of course, in the late 1800s spiritualist movement, there was a lot of talk on these paranormal subjects. Psychedelics brought that into the mainstream, but if you grew up without taking that stuff seriously, then psychedelics were absolutely enlightening.

In terms of figuring out the meaning of the universe or anything like that, yeah, any thoughts you have to that effect on psychedelics will either be delusional or so far out there that it has no practical effect on your daily life, and so isn't worth considering anyway.
>>
>>42244871
That's just level 1 enlightenment. You need to do more hallucinogenics.
>>
>>42244876
You don't need drugs. Literally just let go. Cry. Surrender the need for control. It'll never be real unless it's genuine. You may see things with drugs but I promise you the spirit will never touch you until you soften. Allow your ego to become porous. You don't kill it like some hippy retard. You integrate. Stop trying to solve the paradox of your self. Let yourself fill with fire so you can burn what isn't necessary. If you're not willing to feel completely you'll never get there. It's about your heart not your mind.
>>
Death, torture and rape is also God's love.
>>
>>42244890
I like your approach but let's not forget that using substances is just another way to achieve the same goal, just quicker and with more risks. Many people don't want to do inner work for years before seeing some actual result and so they see mushrooms, etc. as a sort of shortcut.
>>
>>42244837
>psychedelic "enlightenment"
there's no such thing
enlightenment is a literal thing
if normies cannot see light literally emanating from your body, you are not enlightened
accelerants will never, ever accomplish this. ever.
>>
I have never seen someone on psychedelics say something profound or enlightened. It's always dude woah so trippy type of stuff.
If the only conclusion you can come to after doing copious of psychedelics is that you should become a heckin leftist hippy or something then you didn't accomplish anything. You're just a drug user.
>>
I vaguely remember skeptics argue against leftists who promote psychedelics as encouraging peace and harmony by saying that nazis get messages from adolph hitler and goebbels meaning that psychedelics only show you what you expect to see. No idea if it’s really true tho

>its more the revelations people experience are in of itself a delusion fuled through or by the context of other designs whether sound or unfounded
the true revelation of what people seek is the absence of said epiphanies

>when the mind has truly stilled
there are no grand realizations but a great derealization

>from here our or your actualization begins
then you may begin to understand other languages of the universe so to speak

>a sense of oneness
lacking the inserted interests of self or typically defined desire

>love
unconditional euphoria induces a sense of openness

>but people go on about bad trips
and confrontations undivine

>twos sides of the same coin
As above so below type shi :)

>do you ascend to the heavens
or descend the depths of the abyss

>after all do the stars not lie in the abyss
Ad astra abyssosque :3

Getting enlightend only means that you become your higher self for a short time. You will meet the few hundred other beings that became desensitized to their own insanity and are able to stay longer in that realm. Not all of them are bad guys, but a lot of them have duties that involve torturing humans. Some also love to play pranks, but they are pretty bad at estimating how serious humans view their pranks and often overdo it. You might lose a limb because they thought it would be fun or they will kill you and revive you as a prank. The most dangerous one is "Death", she likes to sow life just to kill them when they least expect it.
Not all of them are like that tho, the god of motherhood, the god of life and the god of love are all there as well. The demon of cruelty even hates being cruel and is a nice guy outside of his job of torturing humans in the most cruel ways.

>there are no grand realizations but a great derealization
this. faggots take psychedelics in group rapes and think they unlocked god by using their monkey chirping when the guy who identified psi compounds says: god does not reveal himself in any of our words ever, god is only revealed in the unfolding world
>>

>Getting enlightend only means that you become your higher self for a short time.
this is just plain ignorant shit
>>
>>42245618
yes it is, real enlightenment study reveals that the taste of it is exponential. you can never leave. that is the price of attaining the marrow.
>>

The whole very much modern "oneness with the universe" thing is a garbled reflection of cosmic, ecosystemic, and global consciousness. I mean these in a literal sense, not a woo sense: awareness of the universe described by modern science, awareness of basic ecological concepts, and awareness of global international events and relationships. This is taught in school and it becomes a part of how people interpret reality. Psychadelics can tap into these associations and turn it into a phenomenological experience of hyper-interconnectedness.
>>
>>42245638
Yeah if you stay too long you can't leave, because you slowly disconnect from your lower self while being there. You will feel the encroaching feeling of insanity while being there and you can decide to turn back as long as you are not completely insane yet. After losing your connection completely you can still turn back by reincarnation, but it's way harder than before. Just being your higher self feels like torture.

So spaniards being spaniards somehow refutes the experiences of actual humans?
Off yourself, amigo.

Explain the Japanese then.
They had a practice called "cross-roads killing" where every time a Samurai got a new sword, he would test it on random homeless people. This method arose because it was the most efficient way (in their eyes) to practice on a moving target.

level 10 enlightenment is the inspector general rosicrucian ascension!

>A professor of Japanese history, Jordan Sand, criticized Midgley for allegedly misrepresenting the practices of ancient Japan. He argues that tsujigiri was never condoned, and it is not even clear it happened with any frequency. Sand believes that any samurai who did so was both rare and would be considered insane by the culture of the era and that Midgley erred in presenting it as having been an accepted practice.
Now explain lynch mobs.
At least the Japanese explicitly made the practice illegal in the 16th century.
Not so with taking the family out to watch a good ol hanging and burning.
This was 1935, and was never explicitly made illegal.

>Now explain lynch mobs.
Niggers niggin', now they hangin. (Sometimes a Jew from a pencil factory too)
>This was 1935, and was never explicitly made illegal.
This was in 1939, openly supported by the public and press and is still a testament to what lunatic animals asians are when left unattended. Stop simping for nips, they wont fuck you..

OP. Let me refute it.
the issue is that if you don't prime your mind for mental change on psychedelics it's basically giving yourself temporary schizophrenia (enhanced/altered pattern recognition), or just like most other drugs it makes you euphoric somewhat.
Psychedelics, change the way you interpret patterns first and foremost, and if you mentally prime yourself for mental change/growth, you see the patterns in your own thought 'being' differently. It's like a chisel: Sure you can make a beautiful sculpture with it, but you could also just smash rocks or do nothing with it. Any change or "enlightenment" doesn't come from the psychedelic itself, it comes from within your own mind, the psychedelics just make it easier.
of course random aztecs and mexicans who don't harbor the right mindset aren't going to get 'enlightened'.
For them the craziness of psychedelics is just a way to get high and fuel their religious fervor.
Real change comes from within

So the explanation for the Japanese, then, is that they are much less violent than you.
>>
>>42244837
The violent and evil ones are in love with the material plane. That is why they are evil. They do not wish to look for a higher power beyond what they can sense with their 5 senses.

Yeah and? Watchya gonna do about it pussy boy?
