any muslims here? spirituality please lets talk from a spiritual muslim perspective. any thoughts you wanna share, for non muslims same thing but make clear your faith before beginning the post.
i forgot to make topics.where is god/allah? is yhwh and allah the same person? thoughts on hindu idea that we are all god?
>>42246951>is yhwh and (ba'al)lah the sameCompeting semetic cults that disagreed on which child of abraham was most beloved
>>42246951Traditional Catholic.God is omnipresent.YHWH and Allah are just names. They can mean different things to different people.Atman is Brahman, in fact Tawheed al-Wujud and the mysteries of the Catholic faith are various expressions of this principle.
There is spirituality in Islam? Their book is so devoid of it and their mystical branch is basically hinduism with abrahamic steps. Their prophet also is a pedo caravan raider with too high of a libido who had all his revelations away from the eyes of the peoples who surrounded him so I have a hard time believing anything about him. Also his existence is debatable considering there is no historical traces of him. The Kaaba is also the house of the pre Islamic fertility/moon god Hubal, or Baal in syncretism, from whom they kept their rituals running around the place, licking the stone and kept its symbol, the crescent moon, adorning the top of all of their worship sites which is kind of a red flag that their worshippers are unknowingly in a satanic cult.
Islam is a slave religion, and everything about it make sense once you understand this aspect. Its purpose isnt to elevate, nor is it to teach, nor it is to favor the spread of truth, its sole purpose is spiritual stagnation. Its basically a spiritual and societal dead end, for if you follow Islam, there is literally no way out or up since any sort of attempt at discussing its teachings is seen as apostasy, which in Islam is a crime worse than murder, rape and cannibalism. But id say the most telling aspect is the relationship with god; absolute and unquestioning submission, which is a massive dissonance from the original hebrew interpretation of him as the Host of Hosts.
>>42247405If God is unworthy of absolute and unquestioning submission, then whatever is better deserves to be called God.
What were the two Kabbas built for? There was originally a second one farther to the south....is it even still there? Buried? Destroyed?
>>42247345nice. id say god is not omnipresent but whatever how do you understand traditional catholic doesnt that mean just regular catholic? the catholic faith is handed down from the time of lets say from my point of view id say like the earliest days of christianity or maybe somewhat later. what tradition do you follow if youre not following the regular pope and what he says? this is the problem with saying traditional catholic wtf does that mean bro. for example sedes say that and theres no room for sedes in tradition.
>>42247365ok but you didnt specify your religion i assume christian or something.listen man im not a regular muslim i believe in spiritual brand of islam i came up with it might have existed at some point which i can only assume. i dont necessarily believe everything but the quran seems to at least be supernatural of some sort. idk how to explain or share that with someone who denies this, but i believe it.
>>42247463the two other kaabas afaik were in yemen both of them perhaps at least one was in some city in hijaz right so but i also know theres three stones one white black and third red. iirc. the other caabas were destroyed for some reason idk why. im not sure it was two maybe just one other caaba dont recall. at least i know of only one other.
>>42247544Traditional Catholic means pre-Vatican II, sedevacantist or not. As for the pope, his office is a part of sacred tradition, and that tradition itself has greater authority than he does. So if he were to contradict that tradition (which he seems to do), then he ought to be disobeyed, and he obviously cannot act in his capacity as pope insofar as he does contradict it. Does that make sense?
>>42247562youre clearly just internet faithing this. look. the cardinals, bishops, and the presiding pope, approved of vatican ii. youre closer to not being a catholic than the regular catholics who do not need the internet and its many false religions to affirm their beliefs. sorry to say.
>>42247581Say what you will, but I attend the same rite of Mass that was offered in Rome from the first century A.D. until 1969, offered by priests ordained in the same rite, and believe in the same creed and catechism, whereas Catholics who follow the current pope, cardinals, and bishops generally say that these things have all changed and they do not recognize the old ways. Which of these you want to call truly Catholic is your business.
