I've found some other ways of totally blocking the voices out recently, though it takes more effort than i'd like to commit to such a thing regularly as the voices are the least difficult part of this to deal with at this point, but I do have a raspberry pi i've been meaning to turn into a colored noise generator for that reason. Thanks for the heads up, gonna have to try this soon. As for the physical effects, let them use it, it will pass. They'll try everything they have in a cycle, using the next as the last loses its novelty and thus ability to capture your attention in any meaningful way, but if you refuse them even that, sooner rather than later they'll burn through their whole 'arsenal' of options. Tell them that anything they tried to psychologically establish through the use of those effects was for nought, laugh, and move on. Once you realize that they are a paper tiger with a million voices but no teeth, you end up not worrying about whatever it is they're "doing to you" on a given day. Just like the chatter, it's all just noise. Also I get random ass nosebleeds every so often, nothing abnormal about that. They tried to pin a case of nasty heartburn that was felt in roughly the area you said they targeted you at as somehow due to their technology, but I drank some water and it went away, and they promptly remembered their place as a silent, powerless observer. Not that it can't be due to them, but a lot of times (especially as you get older), this shit just happens on its own lol.

Two posts I made on Facebook about my car being messed with were deleted, not by me and not by Facebook. Posted earlier today about my car being messed with and the post was deleted, posted again saying that my previous post was deleted and tagged the police in. They replied asking me to make a report about it on their website.Not going to report it to the police but just more proof of these glowing twats and their stalking. Not only to make TI's easily dismissable and to isolate them from the public since anyone is just gonna think it's schizo talk, but if you've got a normal brain and have become convinced you have some mental disorder you're getting treatment for, a lot of times that medication will damage a healthy brain. Not always, but definitely a danger. Or, they might fluctuate the intensity of the effects, more for some medications, far less for others, and you can end up with a prescription or a cocktail of meds that will have lifelong consequences on your quality of life. It could be as simple as getting you to rotate medications in this way until you end up with one with a really bad impact on metabolism and mood that ends up making you gain a lot of weight really fast, which just puts more momentum on the downward spiral and isolating effects.(lmao my voices are fucking shrieking right now. Good.)

But, basically: It's impossible to tell exactly how the system does it, but the voice v2k seems to be dependent on the ambient noise around you being predictable - you may have noticed when something unexpected happened when they are speaking, like a sudden clamor a room away or a car honking outside, that it cuts them off, but they quickly compensate. When they begin talking to you, oftentimes the very first word choices seem to branch off from the ambient noise or whatever you were thinking last. For example, someone nearby saying "woah" (or any w-starting sound) will prompt the v2k to start saying to you things starting with W, like "wwe control--", "wwe are going to--", etc. Same goes for your internal thoughts if you have an inner monologue. I suspect it's something like the waveform we hear is embedded in the ambient noise in a way that makes it clear to hear no matter what is going on or if you have headphones on, or some quirk of psychology that promotes us tuning in to a conversation. It's highly adaptive in this way too, which really gives away the game that this is an AI of some sort, with the way that it seems to systematically travel from one topic to the next in intentionally predictable ways, and reacts instantly to predictable changes but its dialogue breaks if there is spontaneity. So, noticing that, turns out it confuses the hell out of it if you just start making utter nonsense glossolalia-like sounds, or anything else spontaneous that makes noise. But, great for self amusement as the universal law of garbage in, garbage out makes it trip and fall on its face.
