I first thought about some hospital room, but these are not hospital beds, and there would be some devices and furniture. (I spent months in a hospital as a toddler, a part of the hospital special for young children, it was like a small preschool but with a corridor and bedrooms, but they did not look like that, they looked more like regular hospital rooms.) These walls do look like typical hospital walls though.Then I thought it was some kind of mental institute for children, but I guess there would be pads on the walls.Then I thought about something I don't want to think about... and it may be that.

I've not heard of this specifically.However this looks a lot like an elementary school nurse room for sick kids to take a rest. The bowl is for throwing up. But that's just what it reminds me off, I was sick quite a few times at school.
