another story from my tata from war time army>be dad>be in army>be stationed in old house on hill (he always told me it looked like the one from the film neprijatelj)>sit in vehicle alone listening to music (neđo sa manjače) and reading book (history book on ww2) after sundown around 10pm>have to piss>go out to forest to pee forgetting to take gun>be done peeing and start heading back>see what looks like the legs of a baby in a bush>go over to see why the hell a baby is crawling around at their station in the middle of nowhere>while he is walkng towards it it sits up pulling the front of it out of the bush and looks at him>he sees it looks weird like a monster>seeing his shooked face it starts screaming. loudest sound he has ever heard>cover ears and run over to vehicle to grab gun>shoots at it and misses because the scream was so loud>it stops screaming and scurries away into bushes>dads cosoliders come rushing out thinking they were being attacked>dad tells them he saw a drekavac>they dont believe him and get mad at him for shooting for fun and lying>argue with them. apperntly they didnt here the screetch >ends up getting put on night watch since he awoke some of the others with his shoot
