Hello my spooky basterdsWhat are the spiritual implications of owning a home? Let's say it's a small home in the city. Does this do something for your aura or your spirit? Is manifestation enhanced because the space you can do magic or ritual in is under your control? Or does it matter if it's owned by the bank versus renting a space. Basically, aside from the practical things like raising a family or walking around nude, what are the actual spiritual advantages of owning one's own property, assuming the alternative is still private and calm?I ask because I got the urge to throw myself into the unknown by selling a shitty home and a shitty neighborhood with shitty neighbors and on one hand it's been a bit fun and freeing, but I miss the purpose that owning the home gave me. So maybe the benefits are more psychological than spiritualPic unrelated
ive owned a home since 2019 and am happier and less stressed now by far than renting because of obvious reasons and because my mortgage is only $400/month while average rent is now $1700. i bought a house that was practically falling apart for cheap and i fixed its problems over time. its not rocket science to fix these american cardboard shitshacks
>>42261955Globohomo won't allow you to earn enough to buy a house if you are not one of them. Most people make a deal with the Devil to get ahead. And Satan carries a video camera at all times. Dropping all that blackmail will end the world.
>>42261997I sold my small town home recently because I did not want to manage two tenants, including one of my living room and one in the extra bedroom, but I am now regretting it and want to kill myself
>>42262050Yeah but most people aren't important enough to be caught up in that situation. I'd say the deal with the devil is the time and energy the system gets and the amount of your life you're willing to dedicate to it. Therefore you will qualify for their financing terms.
>>42261955Walking around naked can be a bigger deal than you think if you do it often enough
>>42262170I don't because I've usually had a gf who was like "wear some clothes anon" living with me or roommates at my place
>>42262050>Globohomo won't allow you to earn enough to buy a house if you are not one of them.Stahp kek. My grandparents had a lot of money and I inherited it all because the rest of my family was too rude, greedy, and selfish to ever even visit besides when it was time to ask for money. I didn’t even do it on purpose. They told me they were splitting everything equally among everyone while they were still here. I found out after they passed that it had been changed. Nobody ever bothers me. It’s like being upper middle class but just not working for it. Maybe if I started trying to fund political movements or some shit that could change but otherwise it’s extremely mundane.>>42261955>shitty home and a shitty neighborhood with shitty neighborsI think there’s something to be said from an /x/ perspective about owning a home versus some kind of rent situation but here it’s pretty clear that you really do not like that environment. Living in a place you find so thoroughly shitty is probably going to quash your spirituality more than owning a home is going to buff it.
>>42261955Checked. Do not get a mort-gage, it's literally a death link from the french. Do not use debt (dead). I regard it as a way to hide the true destiny from yourself. It's admitting you are so weak you will beg the money makers for money. It's greed by definition. You can overlook everything i said, get a mortgage and learn a tough lesson along the way that you shouldn't have taken a mortgage and remember me as 'that anon who warned me'... So it's all in God's hands either way if your hearts pure and you are worthy and humble. But are you? Meaning are you taking mortgage as a child who eats 3 big macs or are you getting one as a someone who thinks he's slick and working the system. If you pay cash no debt, then get something, don't splurge, don't get tricked into buying a bum.
