>>42267287Yes. I've conjured 3 spirits from the Ars Goetia catalog. The first spirit didn't appear to me in the triangle, but came to me in a dream later in the night. The next spirit I conjured the month after that only appeared first as a vague sparkling in the air that then turned into a dark gray mist. And the third appeared as dog with scales, and it spoke into my mind. Didn't move its lips but Ii heard a voice. I haven't worked the other books in the Lemegeton yet.

Has anyone tried Goetia Pathworking by Corwin Hardgrove? The book supposedly has a piracy curse
>>42269369For books? I studied Joseph Peterson's edition and Skinner's edition, the so-called Goetia of Dr Rudd. The Skinner book varies in that it uses a thwarting angel approach when dealing with a spirit. Practical tips? I don't have all the time and money in the world, so when it came to things like a lion skin belt I substituted that with deer skin, which is touched on in the Peterson edition. Generally, if you have to make a substitution whether because of time or money limitations, think about the office of the spirit and what you're hoping to achieve and then look up magical correspondences for what material to substitute. Also pay attention to any instruction about lunar timing and directions to face, but in the circle itself if you feel like you should adjust your direction a bit, do so. Honestly, I'm just getting into this 4 months fresh. I did conjurations 5 times before and nothing happened, but I issued the license to depart anyway as a precaution. Bit disappointing as I had to go into the longer more stern conjurations and still no spirit arrived. But I adjusted things here and then, and then that first spirit appeared in my dream. Persistence I guess is the overall tip I'm giving.
