Gentlemen. This thread is to discuss if there's a link between the "Hum" and the UFO phenomenon. I will start with a report of my own.

Two nights ago, the Hum was the loudest it's been. I woke up a bit after 1 AM and went downstairs to brush my teeth, because I had fallen asleep earlier while watching a movie in my bed. Even while walking down the stairs, I could hear the Hum, meaning it was loud enough that the sound of my footsteps would not cover it.

I brushed my teeth and went back to bed. Then, I heard a sound from the sky, like an airplane, but lower and wider. It really sounded like a spaceship was slowly flying over the neighborhood. Now, there is an airport 20 km from my house, and sometimes I hear planes flying over, but I think the sound was different. An airplane's sound always starts high-pitched and then gets lower. Whereas here, it sounded only like the lower part.

Meanwhile, I was praying for the world to end, as I often do because I believe the world is pure evil. I was focused on such continued train of thoughts and did not experience missing time so I know I was not taken aboard a spacecraft.

I was too scared to look at the window, and only took a peek when the sound was getting faint. I did not see anything in the sky. (If there was a spacecraft, it would have spotted me anyway because I had turned on the bathroom's light before.) A minute later, a car drove by in the street to drop someone off. I assume if there was something in the sky, they would have seen it and freaked out, not quietly drive around. Hence, I am not sure about what's happened.
