I've had dreams. And I have had times when I haven't dreamed for years. The one thing I know is dreams can be influenced in some way. I used to make my own dreams, thought I did, as a kind of dissociation technique to get me to sleep. Sports, problems, things like that. Then I realised some people know how to put those thoughts in your head during the day to make you think or dream about them. Some are spontaneous some are not.

Why do I sometimes dream of literally a better life in other countries I've never been to? Its happened quite a few times. Funnily enough, the dreams I've had of my own country are largely negative and only a few being more neutral.

Before the dream I slept early for everal hours, woke up at 3am, the sleep again at 6:30. Was doing phone settings, playing games in black n white, googling biphasic sleep, and L-DOPA as marine cement and precursor of dopamine.Then i dreamed about me and a bunch of old classmates are all sitting on the playground.One of the girls name I know from elementary school gets called and I look up and saw a tall woman in track suit looking like the thing in the picture stood up and walked pass me and I was amazed at how tall she has grown to be and everyone else makes their comments about her changes. Then I thought to myself how little I have developed since graduation to match her.No I didn't play the game or met my classmates after graduations.And I woke up from this on 7 am, sleep again, dreamed of something similar and woke again at 7:04.
