Why are so many reasonable people suddenly trying to convince us that UFOs are aliens? Is there a massive psyop underway?
>Is there a massive psyop underway? The answer to this question is always yes.
>>42273161What's with this fag nowadays? Is he still a raging materialist atheist?
>>42273197No, he converted to Russian Orthodox Christianity and New Age Spirituality at the same time during a Bigfoot hunt with Joe Rogan.
>>42273197he at least admits that materialism doesn't have all the answers
>>42273161>UFOs aren't aliens, they're human tech>nooooo! You're hiding the truth from us!>UFOs are aliens and they exist>you're trying to trick us and cover up something!I lost faith when I realised "critical thinkers" are literally just being contrarian to popular belief for the sake of it without considering deeper and just calling it a day
ufo disclosure is the final desperate card of the failed state. if they call a press conference to announce the aliembs than know system has failed and youre in the new fall of rome.

>>42273161>Having conversations about conversations while conversing about how we conversate.
idk metal band song about trailheads with silver sphere ufo images on music video might be human made though
>>42276913but the government is involved this time, so there's a bigger reason than just the private sector selling shitty sci-fi shows and gameswhat's the reason?
>>42278013NTA but it's clear they can't delay disclosure forever. People will keep leaking stuff.
>>42273161Is sam harris into aliens now?
The last time UFOs were brought up by the government was during the peak of the Cold War.It's probably a scheme to get civilians monitoring airspace and comms looking for aliens, otherwise nobody would do it if the government asked them to pretty please waste hours and dollars detecting Chinese craft for us for free please.
>>42274520what doesnt materialism already answer lol.
>>42278697is sam harris reasonable all the sudden?
>>42273161>reasonable peopleWho?
>>42273214Im choosing to believe this is true.
>>42278732consciousnessexistence psychic phenomena and high strangeness double-slit experiment
They don't want us to know that Israel invented gravity engines and have made oil obsolete.
>>42273161> Is there a massive psyop underway?my rule of thumb regarding /x/ material is that if you have to ask the answer is yes

>>42278682>people will keep leaking stuff anon, you mean people will keep “making stuff up”…the problem for them isn’t really leakers - yes there are people who “know things”, and i’m certain the “men in black” wouldn’t be hard to put together with trillions of dollars in the military budget but the reality is much more mundane - despite whatever mind-blowing advances in science and tech might be a reality today, the issue is information, or rather simple narrative control. by maintaining a strict leash on the narrative they get to control when and how the “authoritative” or “official” narrative is released. which might be never. to them it doesn’t matter what’s real or not, only what’s officially recognized as real. in this way, their theory is that someone could be telling you the truth and you’d never believe them, because “the government didn’t say so”. that said, if millions of people did start believing in an unofficial narrative, however truthful or false, they’d have a real problem with it. some of the heaviest gangstalking i ever experienced was due to posting fake ayy photos on the internet. i used to suspect it was because “the real one” was in my folder somewhere but that’s actually not the issue - they just don’t like rogue narratives floating around and will do everything they can to kill them off or invalidate them, while telling you their own version is 100% real, however fake and gay. to be honest i don’t even care about aliens anymore, i just want the truth without clickbait
The universe is so big, and the age is so old. That there must be aliens. The only thing that makes me think they haven't reach earth is the distances involved and time. But, it's possible they don't use human physics and just do what they want.
>>42273197He's never been a materialist; he's always said we don't understand consciousness at all and is entirely open to the idea that it may be an axiomatic building block of reality. You just bought into the "hEz a JoO!!" retardation and dismissed the guy without even listening to anything he had to say.If you need to hate Sam, hate him for his shit take on COVID and the vaccines it his support for some middle eastern allies.
>>42280537It's possible that every civilization reaches this point and then destroys itself with nukes or misaligned AGI. Or that we're just blocked from seeing them. Or that the entire outside universe doesn't really exist the way we do and is just being projected by us.
>>42280573Yeah possibly. Some of these old civilisations knew some shit about space, and they had literally no tech. We have been pretty comfy for a while and a extinction event may be due
>>42280602I think Covid-19 was supposed to wake us up and it didn't. Not enough, at least.
