The first is ritual cleansing, whereby you shed the baggage and filth that accumulates on the mortal shell as a consequence of existing in this fallen, demiurgic world. This ritual involves dousing oneself in hot water (usually no hotter than hot water from the tap) and ritually cleansing one's hair with shampoo and purging the dark energy that can take root in it, using a conditioner to harden the hair against absorbing more dark energy, scrubbing astral parasites from the rest of the body with soap, etc. There are also more advanced rituals like using a facial cleanser, but the basic ritual only requires you do what has already been described. You can apply a lotion to your skin after the ritual cleansing to act as a salve that will help to restore your skin's natural ability to act as a barrier against the uncleanliness of the world, too. It's also important to cleanse your mouth as well, which helps to remove the decay and filth of the world, especially that which accumulates from the consumption of food (negative energy from the creature you are eating can linger in food). It also helps to ensure that a cleansed mouth speaks clean words. You do this ritual pretty easily, just by using a toothbrush and toothpaste to thoroughly cleanse your teeth, but also remember to cleanse the roof of your mouth and tongue, as many people miss this and foul energy will build up in these areas and negate the whole purpose of the ritual. You can also use a special implement called "floss" to work between your teeth, where foul energy may hide and resist the prior cleansing ritual. Mouthwash, more or less a sacred oil, can also be used after this to fully complete the ritual.Cleansing your body is, of course, only one part of this. Shiva, the Creator/Preserver/Destroyer is known for his healing, removal of negative energy and revealing hidden things and guiding masculine souls through masculine troubles. Kali and goddesses like Lakshmi and Saraswati are wonderful for social status, friends, self-love (would highly recommend for you, cheer up bud!) and money. Indra and gods like Ganesha and Hanuman and prayers/mantras to the planets in the solar system can also really help with your NEET issues but lemme tell ya buddy, there's way worse things to be.Allow yourself to receive good things.
