AI and Machine Intelligence are such boring and tedious concepts. The way into the future must be to mess around with Deus Ex style implants, chemical enhancement of the human brain and all other organs, forging invincible livers and kidneys, 8 feet dicks, and so on. IF AI can be an intermediate step to this then fine, we shall allow the leftbrained eunuchs to present better tools to us.
The appeal of a purely digital intelligent entity is beyond me however.
