Trying to make sense of my birth chart. A friend of mine who is deep into astrology told me I was a walking contradiction. Any thoughts?

Got Mars at max power in Capricorn. Venus exalted in Pisces, but appears to be combust. Saturn is in detriment in Cancer near the MC making an aspect to Venus. Saturn also appears to be opposing Mars. It's squaring Jupiter. Overall you just can't seem to catch a break but that strong Mars allows you to take a hell of a beating.

Cancer opposes Cap, and that exalted Mars is why you were doing so well there I think with both.
