The core doctrine of Buddhism, that all life is suffering, is merely an expression of a feeling rather than a recognition.

Meditation is not something paranormal, but can be explained as an unusual state of how our brain works.

The other doctrines, like reincarnation, cannot be proved and are, in this sense, just as good or bad as those of other religions.

I ching is older than buddhism and directly inspires it. buddhism is I ching implemented into the metaphysical while I ching is the concrete external reality being interpreted in signs.
zen is definitely real. otherwise the japs wouldn't have such a great taste in art. zen is barely about sitting meditation.

Buddhism doesn't even have doctrines in the same way as Abrahamic religions; your interpretation is extremely surface-level

please do more research

The guy under the tree didn't tell you to suffer. He was like "holmes, mira, look! Look at the natura de la suffering".
Yes he was Mexican.

> The all life is suffering,
is the simply describing how earthly desire pursuit by our Ego are binding us to the suffering.
> The reincarnation
It's the tzimtzum the great contraction before creation.
> Anatman
is to realize we are not the Ego (the beast or the lion with the serpent tail in gnosticm.)
> Meditation
is the last day of creation, when God take a rest.
