Most people apply almost no discernment whatsoever to their 'conspiracy theories.' They will look for the slightest deviation in the 'official narrative' and use that to discard it entirely, but then believe the most absurd conspiracies ever without applying any of that skeptical discernment to them. Really the problem is that most people just should not be thinking and coming up with their own theories. They're just not cut out for it.
