If you zoom in on the center of the image you can clearly make out a face and the extended arm, the purple coloration beneath the face is the body. You should be able to reverse the image used to create it since whatever program was used to create the "running paint" effect still maintained concrete shapes and changes in color.Maybe some autist who creates visual effects/distortions could play around with settings in photoshop or whatever and retrieve the original image.
