If you want my recommendation read "Astral Projection" by Oliver Fox and take note of his "pineal door" method. The most important thing to keep in mind is that you need to get into a trance state (for lack of a better word) through relaxation and concentration.

That's a good point anon. I will say it's like in the movie Ratatouille. The famous chef says anyone can cook. It means no one is strictly locked out of doing it by birth or class or other such nonsense, not that everyone can actually do it. If you truly don't believe you can do it then you can't, but it is theoretically possible at least. I will say there are no money or athletic barriers to developing psy powers. The real barriers are time, the belief that it is possible, and the will to see it through. If you are in a soul sucking job that takes all your time, not very intelligent, and not willing to spend time meditating or doing other exercises than you can't succeed. The funny thing is it means a 4chan neet is well positioned to learn this. Also no one can help you do this. This is a shift that occurs in an individuals perception that takes them to another reality, no one can do that for you. So first off yea I haven't succeeded yet. If you want to say that I am a LARPER that's fair and I don't have "proof" this is real but I do seriously believe it's possible.
