The term evil is subjective. You have to be intelligent enough to pick up the breadcrumbs they drop for new recruits.. but instead you're asking for someone else to be smart for you and to provide you with what you are not able to earn for yourself. Define "evil." If you just mean self-interest or things that are generally bad for humanity as a whole, just become a diehard liberal and encourage troonery. It's very much a religion in its own right, and it's very much "evil" by those definitions.Outside of that, there aren't really any gods that encourage genuine evil from their worshippers. The ones that are really "evil" or inhospitable to humanity usually just want you to fuck off out of their domain and you couldn't meaningfully worship them anyway. My understanding is that Cernunnos and Esus are sometimes seen as "evil" or brutal nature gods, so maybe start digging around there
