We don't live on a spinning ball. Wake the fuck up.
>>
How is it possible that the star trails go ccw around polaris, cw around the south celestial pole and straight at the equator on a flat plane?
>>
>>42328646
It's just locking to your perception and showing you something that makes sense. When you're not looking it doesn't do that.
>>
>>42328608
The Sun is a spinning ball too ya know :p
>>
>>42328654
i'm afraid i will need a little more detail. what is locking to my perception? the stars? my perception of what? their movement? the stars are locking to my perception of their movement? where does that perception come from? is it not physical reality? what about their movement when i am not looking doesn't make sense? how do they move? if they do not go ccw around polaris, what else is occurring? are they not moving at all? or what?

i don't see how the high altitude balloons address any of my confusion. same for the lasers hitting the firmament. i admit the videos look nice but i am still confused about my question on the star trails. the bugs bunny and simpsons cartoons are also cool and funny but they are not of much help regarding my question. i hoped the azimuthal grid of vision video would address the question but that is also just a general overview of the concept. the last video is just a general talk about flat earth but doesn't specifically address my confusion. and i am still not sure what you meant by the locking of my perception, either. would it be possible to clarify? (preferably in written format)
>>
If UFO's are real. Then they use the same physics earth use but they have mastered it. The discs are said to spin and the videos I have seen they move better than anything we have.

I genuinely do not care "how" any of this works I just want it to stop being so fucking gay. Give me my fucking catgirl waifu already. I don't give a shit if she's riding my face on a flat earth, round earth, or holographic earth.
>>
>>42328787

The ultimate truth is that one can't get a girl either because he is physically unattractive or just has a very low npc level spirit energy
We live under a firmament so all of this obviously came from higher dimensions

God / Gods have always had favorites. They allow some to be ugly or have no drive and be trapped in hell cycles while they let others live perfect lives never even having to resort to any kind of religion or occultism because their lives are just that good by default

The real redpill is it’s actually immaterial if we live on a rotating sphere or on a flat earth plane. Our lives continue the same way in either case. However, both normies and schizoids really, REALLY want you to care.

What I am not doing is creating a false equivalency. The schizoids are fighting back against the close minded normies. To a certain extent they don’t even need to be right. Simply stating that they don’t believe NASA causes the soulless NPC mind to short circuit.

What I am doing, is telling you that YOU don’t need to care.

Perspective doesn't change in what direction the stars are moving. I live in the northern hemisphere. It doesn't matter whether I look at Orion, Taurus, or Andromeda, all of the stars move counter-clockwise around the northern celestial pole.
>>42331168
>looks close
So you can just eyeball the distance to objects by looking at them? The sun setting below the horizon is impossible on your "model" btw.
>>
But the sun is not on the water literally, just so far out, just the refraction.
>>
>>42332886
this is brutal
>>
>>42332902
The sun sets below the horizon even on clear days, with very little to no refraction. There is hours upon hours of footage filmed with a solar filter showing this.
>perspective
Things don't disappear below the horizon the farther away they are. They only get smaller due to angular resolution.

Why is there so much spastic talk about clockwise and counter clockwise stars?

Every 2nd grader is taught that stars move east to west, even in public schools.

The sky isn't the ground. Just as a protractor has a flat baseline and a curved half circle. That's how we get our angles to stars

To be a glober is to deny angular size change with distance and vertical drop with angular distance. It has been observed with both physical objects and celestials
>>
>>42333336
>Every 2nd grader is taught that stars move east to west, even in public schools.
And how does this change the fact that they move in opposite directions depending on the hemisphere?
>The sky isn't the ground. Just as a protractor has a flat baseline and a curved half circle. That's how we get our angles to stars
And still, the movements of stars could never be replicated in a room with a dome above it. Constellations looking the same everywhere also wouldn't be the case.
>Muh angular resolution
Doesn't make things disappear below the horizon.

Pretty bold to claim that shadows prove a flat earth since some people conducted an experiment which showed that they align closer to the globe model.

>>
>>42333377
And how does this change the fact that they move in opposite directions depending on the hemisphere?
East to west is one cardinal direction not 2 non-cardinal directions
>And still, the movements of stars could never be replicated in a room with a dome above it.
It's not a dome it's a flat sky plane that appears as a dome due to perspective
Do you actually think flat earthers believe in stars going over and under the ground?
If so then why even have a conversation? It seems null and void if you don't want to accept the premise

Technically speaking your mind is a mathematical construct perceiving mathematically a mathematical construct known as reality, so given relativity and no privileged reference frames, subjective mathematical essentially 3 dimensional reality is an illusion created by perception therefore the earth has no "real" shape. However when we're on it we perceive a never ending flat surface that surrounds us wherever we are. If we move high up above this surface we can only perceive a disk which morphs at the edges. If we "rotate" around this disk (hypothetically), then perceptually speaking we are still stationary relative to the flat disk it's just that its edges change shapes at a different rate depending on direction of rotation. There is no objective reference frame, there is no privileged omniscient reference frame (except perhaps in the Mind of God, if you believe in such a creature capable of creating such perfect mathematical constructs like our consciousness and the universe...) but as far as human perception goes, you are locked into subjectivity. You can imagine objectivity, but you can never perceive it or prove that it is "real" (whatever that word means.) Therefore, subjective idealism in a mathematical superstructure implies we are actually Flatlanders perceiving waveforms and our consciousness thanks to the miracles given to us by the Mind of God give us the power to perceive rainbows and sunsets and rainstorms and lightning and beautiful birds etc.

Everything I just wrote is absolutely irrefutable therefore Earth is neither flat nor spherical. It is simply present in your current perception. (Unless you're on Europa or deep underground in a military bunker.)

End of comment.

No, math is abstract and comes from the mind
Nature is not abstract, natural science and natural laws empirical.
All the globetard shit is based on abstraction on top of abstraction. They use complicated maths as their vanguard for their religion, because they think they can get away with it. Just as you are using nonsense to deny the earth being flat

Explain this to me dipshit.

Polaris is close to the north celestial pole, which is a point in the sky that is a projection of the north pole onto the celestial sphere. All the stars appear to rotate around this point. There is also a south celestial pole which doesn't have a star conveniently close to it.

Do you understand what I'm saying, motherfucker? Do you understand the basics of how the night sky works?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QC71rQUQTRA

The higher your latitude, the higher the angular distance of Polaris in the night sky. If you are at 50 degrees latitude, Polaris is 50 degrees from the horizon. If you are at the north pole Polaris is directly overhead.

The south celestial pole is only visible from the southern hemisphere. If you are on the equator the celestial poles are at the horizon.

Do you understand, you stupid, arrogant little asshole?

This only makes sense if Earth was a sphere. If it were flat the position of the celestial poles wouldn't change.

This is 100% confirmation that Earth is a sphere. There's no getting around it.

Take a vow of silence for the rest of your life to spare others from your stupidity.

The stars have a split and begin to rotate the other way, it's called vertical drop with angular distance

We are not the same anon. Either way both points basically boil down to two celestial poles existing.

hi, i understand the confusion regarding the spastic talk about clockwise and counter clockwise stars. the reason for it is that i am struggling to understand how the flat earth model can account for it. regarding the movement of stars from east to west, i am not sure how that accounts for the ccw rotation around polaris and cw rotation around the south celestial pole. i am not sure how our way of getting angles to stars relates to the matter, either. same for the angular size change or vertical drop. i agree the stars are cool and behave in many interesting ways. but in particular, i was interested in their ccw vs cw rotations around the celestial poles in the flat earth model. i understand that they could rotate around polaris, but what about the south celestial pole? previously i was told that they lock to my perception and behave differently when i'm not looking, which i am still confused about. you are now also saying that stars move east to west, which I do not understand how it accounts for the star trails. i know its too spastic for your liking, but i would appreciate if you could explain it to me. i also saw the point in >>42334246 being made that "the stars have a split" which I am not sure what that means. but i assume it somehow explains the star trails, so I am interested in that. what exactly is splitting in the stars? the southern vs northern hemispheric stars? the stars with a greater vs lower vertical drop? at what point does the split of the stars occur? or what does it depend on? i am also still not sure if the split of the stars pertains to the star trails.

I guess that around the equator the direction in which they move changes or something? Either way, that doesn't account for
A. the existence of the south celestial pole
B. the apparent movement of stars as seen from the equator https://m.youtube.com/shorts/_ohfzUmpVx8
