i have a fear that people read my mind and it trips me out so much that i've developed an "own worst enemy" conscious where i'll think some of the worst shit possible depending on who's in the room, like if its a black person i'll immediately think "nigger" or if there's a kid i'll think myself into looking like a pedo and i hate it. or i'll just intrusively think "kill yourself" to someone and i feel awful. sometimes i just let it run because i get sick of having to filter my thoughts.. and then when people talk, i feel like their dialogue is a synchronistic like response to my thought and it has made me want to just cease existence as i do not want to mentally hurt anybody. i've made mistakes but i'm not a monster.
