For a few years now I have been passively trying to manifest a Vengabus but looking into more active methods. By the way this is different than a succubus. It's a mystical party vehicle that is full of hot people dancing that will spontaneously appear and pick me up to party in various cities and on the beach etc. Any pointers for this?

My only advice would be to carry a pack of smokes with you everywhere, even if you don’t smoke, because a wizard might need to bum a smoke from you, and in that situation you have to remember that wizards are contractually obliged to return favors with magical assistance, so in this situation the guy I bummed a smoke to happened to have access to a party bus and after the bar we were at started closing for the night we went out to the front of the bar and when we arrived a party bus had been waiting for us. Not quite a vangabus, but I think this method might be more successful depending on the wizard.YMMV
