Something inconceivable, atleast to human minds. We call it God or The Creator but I find the likelihood of it being something so easily definable nigh on impossible (I think even calling it an 'it' would be a misunderstanding). I don't believe this 'creator' is really a thinking thing in the sense that we are thinking things, however I would say that it is more than simple cause & effect, and it certainly wouldn't care about being worshipped.

Sidenote: I also doubt that 'The Creator' would care in anyway about being worshipped.
