I've been thinking about teleportation and the implications behind it.

From what we understand, there are basically two possibilities:

Teleportation works by scanning your body, destroying it, and reconstructing an exact copy somewhere else.
"Real" teleportation would require bending spacetime itself (like a wormhole), meaning you travel without being destroyed.

The first option raises a serious question:
If your body is destroyed and a perfect copy is created — is that still you, or did you just die?

Because from a consciousness perspective, your subjective experience would simply end. The copy would think it's you, but you would be gone.

So here's the question:

If teleportation technology existed in the future, would you actually use it?

Or would you see it as a form of suicide that people just accept because the copy continues?

Curious what you think.

much better is to use a scanning copy of your voice, by definition containing a branch structure of memories, and consciousness through an interpretation / interface of pure visual color / words
the unconscious mind, when descending into a fractal of itself through fractal mastery over the senses, can be used to resurrect beings

this occurred to me in a dream

Definitely not a first adopter
Andy Basiago says adult soldiers kept dying and going crazy from the first teleportation tech so they started using children instead
Apparently they experience less heart issues from it

>Teleportation works by scanning your body, destroying it, and reconstructing an exact copy somewhere else.

If "teleportation" works like this then we also would be able to create multiple copies of the object without destroying the original, proving that it isn't really teleportation.

Gonna be awkward when I accidentally hit copy on my wife when she was teleporting

I thought about this before.
It obviously kills you and its not the same you, i bet that the copy wont be exact either and it will be born with mutations.

I rather to not be subjected to it unless im really suicidal and want to create an army of zombies

You can’t go faster than speed of light without wormholes or teleportation

In Dune the guild of navigator use precognition, in reality since everything is consioussness, you already are infinite and you exist at every 3D space location. So technically you are finite, become infinite then become finite at the new location.

You don't need wormhole, since you are the universe. I call it translocalization, moving without moving. (You are exapanding awarness, then contracting at the desire location.)

Your soul is actually physical material called ectoplasm and is reconstructed after teleportation. In ghostbusters original script, slimer was a ghost who would masterbate and leave his ectoplasm slime on women

Can you losers actually discuss the paranormal or does everything have to be in relation to some shitty movie?
>>
>>42353525
>ghostbusters was shitty
Not the all female version

Star Trek had a force beam where the soul still travelled to the other end (faster than light) to a newly created body. (Energy)
>>

>Star Trek had a force beam
it's called a transporter, idiot
>where the soul still travelled to the other end
star trek never discussed the spiritual implications of transporter technology, you obviously haven't watched a second of trek in your life, but keep making shit up

stopped reading, your body is your temple. protect it.

There is no requirement to destroy the material body to instantaneously transport (teleport) that body.

Have you ever held an imagined argument with someone in mind, anticipating what they will be saying, to private for your turn to speak, while still maintaining active participation and question-leading with that person?

Or, say, have you ever had a very lucid dream in which, during your waking, you KNEW you were both dreaming AND waking, for a very short time, right before you physically got up?

Or like... have you ever been daydreaming about something, something you thought would be so cool to see happen, you know, about something nice for you or someone you love, and then you find yourself in the middle of it?

Or this one: you ever been on auopilot on the drive home, through rush-hour traffic at high speeds and then stop-n-go downtown, then high speeds, then even stop for lunch or dinner, and even make calls, the WHOLE TIME your mind is just on other things, you walk in the door, completely sober, no apparent pressure or stress to explain this, but you have no REAL or DIFFERENT memory of how you you drove yourself home, because it was so so normal and routine, even... ODDLY so?

There is an aspect of bilocationality to humans' experiences. We can be in two places at once. Extending that capacity FORWARD through time, in what we term "the prophetic" or "the auspicious", even "precognitive", is not physically separate from extension in space as they are both facets of spacetime. Our focus at any given intensity comes to bear - to manifest singularly - where we place our attention.

The bodies, the avatars are already there.
Waiting for their ghost to operate.

Hasn't anyone ever had the gut feeling that some UFOs are actually humans having intense OOBEs, drug trances, or lucid dreams?

You've before traded bodies with a dog or other human while dreaming, ever? Our did you really think it was all just a dream?

This. Exactly.

Dune was written by someone who produced The Holy Mountain (1973). Both movie contain lot of masson / esoteric stuff.

The word on the street is that Teleportation is possible, that there are thousands of portals.
And that there are some on Earth that you can reach.

The word on the street is that a lot of those local portals keep you from getting in,
by opening for short periods of time,
and for filtering your body's frequency.
>i.e. humans of the wrong frequencies either can't get close or get through.

The word on the street is that it works like a wormhole, you walk in on one side and walk out on the other.
Also think about this body as your 3D avatar on this 3D world. Your soul , however, is different .
