I heard that astral projection is basically like staying awake while your body is asleep. I'm not sure how that's different from lucid dreaming, so it's probably not a great explanation but whatever beside the point.

My question is, if I astral project all night, will I still wake up rested? Should I be astral projecting instead of sleeping? Like am I just wasting a third of my day on doing nothing when I could be experiencing all kinds of amazing things?

It's not the same as lucid dreaming. Real astral projection is basically the same thing as psychic. The only difference is that a psychic isn't completely leaving their body.

When you do things right anon, you’ll always be tired.

I guess I must be doing everything right then. I only asked because I was afraid of making the tired even worse.

Wait i tried to lucid dream the other day and I woke up extremely tired does that mean I astral projected?
I don't remember a thing which is weird because I remember my dreams everyday and I'm a neet so no reason to feel tired.
