Catherine Fitts supports this theory by disclosing the US government has secretly diverted 21 trillion dollars towards building huge underground facilities for continuity of government in an apocalyptic event. It instead has to do with ice gathering/forming at one part of the earth (North Pole for example) and this causes a weight imbalance causing the crust to slide across the mantle, hence causing catastrophes on a global scale.
