My anxiety and paranoia and self-pity often make me think that I *must* have had some sort of trauma in my childhood but I don’t remember anything specifically traumatizing, I was never abused in any way. But the idea that trauma memories can be completely buried until your 30s is scaring me, like there’s something major I’m forgetting. My childhood was full of paranormal experiences, all ghost related. In adulthood I’ve had a couple UFO/“alien” encounters too, though they can’t be differentiated from the ghost encounters beyond the morphology; they behaved the same.
