The meditation advice is great. Personally, id go to bed earlier. Eat a big hearty meal and a glass of wine/whiskey and just go to bed early. No screens for at least an hour or two, ideally the whole day. Just relax for a bit and go into the scene. Dont let your mind wander while you relax. just chill and silence your mind, which will be easy if you meditate.

Asked myself the same about religion why was i such a believer of God if I never see any miracle any hint of a good power running the world.
Should be easy to know if God is good or bad just by looking at the state of the world. The imagination talk got me also witnessed some miracles through the Law of Assumption yeah I imagined and visualized improbable things to test it and they came to me at some time not in a day or a fixed time they were sometimes in a few hours or months but seeing stuff that i visualized came to realization that made me believe this.
There is some truth to this i think we create our own reality but we need to be in a very good mental state to really get what we desire.

In my experience, each of the focus states is just guided hypnosis into a deeper state of meditation. How you get there is your decision. But I do find that as I get to, say Focus 12, I can focus on my affirmations and see vividly what I have to do (or what’s already set in motion).

Bear in mind, gateway tapes are just one method, and I stay in state as much as I can all day using anything. Right now, I am jamming Roger Doyle’s “Springtime is coming with a Strawberry in the Mouth” and Iggy Pop’s “Success” to trigger positive mental states.

Strangely enough, I had several clients I hadn’t spoken to in 7 - 15 years just hit me up for freelance work out of the blue. Was it because of my affirmations?
