Can you have a little more context? Where do these photos come from? they look really fake... Maybe it is we of the future who move away many light years from the Earth but for some reason we come back in a wrong year? But the earth and the solar system are not stationary in space. We easily go back because we never leave the solar system (or not yet).

Links to those pages cite their source being from decades prior in the 80’s and not from USA; although they aren’t called p-45 or p-52 in their captions.Sure, costumery and prosthetics in the 80’s were incredible and physical; so could be fake. The more I think about it all the more I find it interesting though for a very different reason.
