I authored a book on tulpas and im feeling like im being watched from inside the mirror, like there is something inside the mirrorwatchinh me and scheming something. What do i do? It started after i published on amazon. Is this just because i did a lot of research on the occult for my book and now its all in my head?

I wanted to write books about great depths of knowledge when I was 19 but I was honest with myself about the simple fact that I had not gained it to be in a position to teach yet. That was 38 years ago. I've earned more knowledge than there exists a market for. Most of it I will carry safely to the grave.Few desire more knowledge than is in their own self interest. In my case, situational awareness required it.
