I'm an avid collector of those handcrafted, articulated dolls. I have five in total. However, lately I've been short on cash and wanted to find a cheap seller.

I found one online, or rather, I'd say he found me, since he contacted me by email. He wanted to sell me a doll for a price that made it practically free; he sent me photos, and wow, I have to admit it was in very good condition for the age he claimed it was.

Not afraid of being scammed (because that's how naive I am), I bought it, and as soon as it arrived, I took it out of the box and checked it for any defects. It had a classic 1940s outfit and a small Star of David pendant around its neck. It's quite pretty, to be honest, so I put it in a special place with my collection.

In the early morning, I started hearing noises throughout the house, footsteps, or rather, tiny footsteps, darting back and forth. I went into the kitchen and found a mess in my fridge. The door was open, and the ham I'd stored there was in the trash. I searched the whole house in case some bastard had the bright idea of breaking in (I'm 5'11" and 200 pounds of pure muscle and i have strong bat beside my bed). However, when I checked my room, the doll was somehow off its shelf and lying on my bed.

After that day, strange things kept happening, and every night, the doll is always off its shelf. I tried putting it in a drawer, but it's the same. I'm afraid it might be possessed or something, but I don't want to throw it away.

Could someone tell me how I can stop that doll from moving around?
