Can someone please help me understand what Enoch is saying?I thought he is saying that the Sun and the Moon are equally sized.But then a few sentences down he calls the moon the "smaller luminary".Maybe there is a third luminary in the mix that he's referring to, which I thought was referencing the sun, but is actually separate from it and that's what is equal size to the moon.Please help me understand.Also, does anyone know if there are any earth models that actually try to replicate what Enoch is saying? Thanks.

In reality, the sun is obviously larger than the moon. But the sun is so far away it looks smaller due to the distance. So Enoch is correct, visually in the sky they appear similar in size. He calls the moon the smaller luminary for who knows what reason. But given the context he's talking about the smaller amount of light. The moon is nowhere near as bright as the sun. It's not even a bright object, it's a reflective object that reflects the light of the sun.
