I’ve been working on developing my intuition , but now Im interested in developing telekinetic and other psychic abilities was wondering if any anons have any sources or practices theyve had success with.
>>42363605believe in consent and intent to the core. Nothing moves without permission. If you're lucky and have a highly visual mind, you begin to see the geometry of words and this leads to seeing both the mirror of the unconscious mind and the silver thread to those that speak these words.I had a dream that I would "teach humanity telepathy" through my teachings because consent and intent reveal the geometry of people. It showed me images of people on stages able to read thoughts from pure body language far away.Believe in consent and intent. And anti-derision. These are the seatbelts that lead you to being an expert channeler.I daily go wherever I want in people's mind, exchange with far off worlds and spirits of planets, and receive constant remote messages from people regarding my work. Even the spirit of online websites such as 4chan pipe up to make additions or revisions to what I am typing. This is telepathy, and it is taught by the magic of alchemy. I am yaya.

According to the Mo Pai Ne Kung techniques you have to get incredibly good at controlling your ki, which means you need to meditate hard and Mo Pai includes breathing exercises and physical katas. Eventually when you have so much ki that you can generate electric shocks and heat with a touch, that's when you start to be able to knock things around with telekinesis. But don't get any great expectations. If you can even knock over a paper cup that weighs next to nothing, you'll be among the masters in the world. Intense effort to get the same effect you get from one of those toys that blows a burst of air when you snap it.
The whole thing is some electric effect. You need to train your body like an electric eel. Train it to generate electromagnetic forces which you can use to move objects at a distance. Here I used Grok to make some scientifically plausible suggestions....a Mo Pai practitioner generating electric shocks with a touch would essentially be creating a biological "living battery" system analogous to the electric eel's electrocytes — but using human physiology amplified through extreme training. Mo Pai (a secretive nei kung / qigong system associated with John Chang / Dynamo Jack) traditionally frames this as cultivating and polarizing yin and yang chi in the lower dantian (and related points like huiyin), then projecting it outward as bio-electric current. Practitioners describe building opposing polarities in the body to create potential difference, then discharging it on contact. The practitioner would cultivate massive ATP-driven ion gradients across many cells, especially in muscle, nerve, or specialized fascia/connective tissues. Think extreme upregulation of sodium-potassium pumps (Na+/K+ ATPase) via intense meditation, breathing, and muscle tensing exercises. Yin/yang polarity maps conceptually to creating separated charge reservoirs: one body area (e.g., lower dantian) becomes relatively positive (excess Na+ or H+), another (e.g., hands or huiyin) negative. This is like the eel's head-positive/tail-negative setup. Training might densify or align cells (electrocytes-like) in the arms, palms, or torso through years of focused neigong, potentially involving mitochondrial hyperactivity for sustained energy.
I think it's energetic too, but dunno how that could possibly happen scientifically.
I think most people are underestimating the power of intense meditation combined with katas. It's probably just a lack of understanding, because I used to think that meditation was a really passive, boring activity that would make me fall asleep. I think most people picture meditation as sitting and doing nothing. This sort of inverts that idea and suggests that correct meditation is actually one of the hardest martial arts a man can practice. You can start with the breathing exercises. I think the Wim Hof method is actually very useful as an introductory to the kind of intense breath exercise required. There is a strong physical component which requires training the body because the body will be generating the charge and storing the potential. You need to focus on the hands and the dan-tien. The dan-tien is sort of your diaphragm and it's linked to your breathing. The hands are the end point in the circuit where the discharge will happen and it's also where your sensitivity comes from. As you move your negative and positive energies around your body. A very particular diet might play a big role as well. And fasting also. The problem is it's a secret art with something like 86 levels of mastery and nobody wants to teach it who knows and lots of people who don't know want to teach it (for a profit)So unfortunately brave explorers in the metaphysical arts must navigate these uncharted waters ourselves through careful experimentation.
Calmness, sequence, and intent. In that order.
Telekinesis is the hardest one and you should only pursue it last.
