This general is to discuss and recommend nootropics used for occult/magic/spiritual purposes (primarily those you've used yourself, well atleast for this first thread).

You can also think of this as the start of a /NTG/ "Nootropics General", of which I'm honesty surprised there's never been one, because these are things that:
>Actually work (some have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices - e.g. Bacopa Monnieri, and many have had their effects documented in scientific studies)
>Can be tested and observed in real time
>Are accessible to most of us (if you can order things from Amazon you can get them)

I've wanted to feel "qi" or "energy" before and nothing worked, and I've wanted to go deeper into meditation before and nothing worked, but maybe there's some substance out there that is safe to take, that could help me just outright experience these things and/or jumpstart my capability to even do it.

So this thread is me fishing for nootropics to test. It could be anything, but it must be a "foreign" and/or "surreal" experience induced because of that substance and it must be something that anyone reading this thread can order online (like from Amazon).

It could also be for something I haven't even considered or thought of yet, please still mention it.

>Please do the following:
1. State the nootropic(s) and the dosage(s) you took (if it's a combination then state it for all of them).
2. State what phenomena it induced in as much detail as you can.
3. If you had to use it consistently for a certain time period before any changes were noticeable (e.g. X dosage every day for X amount of days/weeks), then state the daily/weekly dosage and how long it took before any changes were noticeable.
4. Any details with respect to safety and things like not building a tolerance (if that is a factor).
5. Any other details you think are relevant to successfully executing this.

Keep the thread going while I'm gone. Couldn't bump the first one in time.

Interesting to know that something like this is available (forgot all about this since I had seen that video by VICE). But I'm not interested in "getting high" or "hallucinating", I'm interested in substances that can cause phenomena like "enhanced awareness and perception of energy", or "sliencing the mind", etc.

If I wanted to go the hallucinogenic route I'd just try to find a way to get some DMT and go all the way.

Still, thanks for adding something interesting to the thread.

Piracetam + choline daily for months caused me to love God more and I had a dream of floating up to heaven with this beautiful music and it was so incredible I woke up crying with joy.

The negative of piracetam is its social effect. You will not be as interested in socializing or maintaining friendships. I grew far from a childhood friend due to piracetam use.

So, it's perfect if you're a spiritual hermit and prefer isolation from humans in order to get closer to God.

I took modafinil once. A single pill, don't know the dosage. Same physical effects you might get from drinking a lot of coffee, didn't notice any mental effects.

Looked it up, produces some interesting phenomena (enhances the ability to recall long-forgotten memories with great clarity). I've always thought that I've had some repressed memories that I can't remember for some reason, might be worth testing out.

I might make an order online (preferably amazon), do you know of a trusted source or did you buy it locally?

>Piracetam + choline
Heard about these two also. Piracetam often used to shorten the window you have to wait before you can take another substance (since some of them require wait times to prevent building a tolerance), so it helps other substances to maintain their effectiveness for longer.

Did you use Piracetam for that reason or was it just part of some stack combination you heard about online and it's used for other reasons?

>>42373034
Heard it's really useful for work related things, but not really for the spiritual/magic angle I'm focused on. Still noted.
>>
>>42373061
I used Piracetam in college because I heard it could make my memory better, make me do better on exams, etc. Kept taking it for the spiritual benefits. Eventually I stopped taking it because I wanted to feel close to my fellow humans again.

Well honestly I'm a loner introvert so that side effect wouldn't make a difference, but I'm a bit concerned if it's possible for it to amplify what I already am and make me not even want to go to work lol.

Did you use a specific brand/source for the Piracetam and Choline?

Oh btw, if you want to have more lucid dreams, you should try "Galantamine". But you need to wait days apart between taking doses. I only took it once a week and it works 100% of the time so far, but you have to use the WBTB method - https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0201246

I ordered the same brand from the study (Galantamind) from Amazon (which also contains Vitamin B5 and Choline).

Have Chat GPT or your favorite AI read the study to give you clear steps.

I haven't had a lucid dream in years and I tried this to see if I could, and it works. I also tried it without WBTB and it doesn't work but when I woke up in the middle of the night I was in this strange state of "hyper-awareness", it's hard to explain, but it was like a level of awareness of "being" that I had never felt before.

Be reminded that this is a drug for alzheimers patients, it's not something you should take every single day like an idiot, please make sure to use it as outlined in the study (i waited 1 week between uses but I think they waited around 3 days or so for the study, 1 week just suited me better because of my off day from work).

Be sure you don't have any pre-existing conditions that could make the drug fuck you up, I don't have anything like that so it's safe for me to try out most substances.

It was likely the "Choline" part of your stack that gave you that dream of floating up into heaven.

Last time I used sun-opener (last year) I bought it from Etsy. Magically, it does work for past-life recall, if you use it as per the solar ritual indicated. The dreams you will have are deeply meaningful and profound.

>methylene blue
I would have to do a bit of research before trying this one, looked into it and seems kind of dangerous.

Gonna have to put this one on the backburner, will require a lot of timing and prep. Doubt I'll have all of my other projects out of the way in time for the next summer solstice (21st June).

This thread is already producing a lot of useful information I haven't been exposed to yet. I was second guessing recreating it after the first one died before I could bump it (got no decent posts either), but it's a good thing I did.

I'll see if I can make this a reoccuring thread. Thanks for the info.

Is there a specific brand you used (Piracetam and Choline). When ordering stuff like this online, sometimes it's scam stuff or low quality?

That's why it's much easier to buy from a source/brand someone else already successfully tested.

For piracetam buy it from https://nootropicsdepot.com/

For choline, any choline bitartrate on Amazon is fine

I don't think they sell that anymore, couldn't find the product on the site. Looks like they got some high quality stuff though, great reviews across the internet.

Haven't used piracetam in years, apparently FDA cracked down on it being sold, what a shame. Did some research, this seems like a reputable vendor of it:

LMAO, of course they have to make themselves look like the company from Resident Evil. I think I may have to look elsewhere lol. We got the hantavirus out and about, and also the possibility of aliens around the corner, I don't want to risk getting a zombie infection with the way things are going.

The only nootropic that works is modafinl and it's derivatives, but they quickly scheduled them so you can no longer freely order them without a prescription.

I've tried many of the other ones but they're all ineffective.
I think people are getting a placebo effect.
>>
>>42373170
>methylene blue seems dangerous
Quite the opposite. What specifically seemed danger to you?
>>
>>42380814
Not true. It just depends on what you want. Moda is a decent stimulant but it’s not alone in being effective nootropic. It’s not really even a a nootropic, it’s just a mild stimulant
>>
>>42380814
>The only nootropic that works is modafinl
Sounds a bit exaggerated, because "works for what?", all nootropics don't cause the same phenomena (some are more about energy - like Shilajit for example).

>>42381746
>What specifically seemed danger to you?
First thing I see when I google it, is that it's a "synthetic dye". I'm not saying I'll right it off completely, I mean I tested an alzheimers medication on myself (galantamine) just to see if it would make me lucid dream (it did, read my previous post), but for things like this I need to do research before I test it (the galantamine had an entire study with an outlined testing protocol, so I had no problem going all in and testing it on myself as the risk was low).
