Imagine being Kenneth Arnold and knowing you would never be able to convince most people of what you saw. It would be a lonely existence.

someone needs to grow the fuck up

Imagine being Kenneth Arnold, trying to tell people that you saw "TRIANGULAR objects that moved like saucers on water", not saucer shaped objects.

People aren't islands, Anon.
At the very least they want to be understood.
This isn't tik tok clout seeking
It's meeting someone else who also understands the North Korean Great Leader farce, or that the Fruit of the Loom use to have a cornucopia.
Knowing you're not alone/not crazy.

wikipedia doesn't make it seem that lonely

If you alluding to the expression "No man is an island," that was always just a comment on our physical interdependence. You can be spiritually/mentally an island, but it takes a level of maturity most people never reach.

You aren't truly grown up until you stop caring about everything and only want to be alone forever. That is peak spirituality.
