Anyone else feel like they already died and got sent to hell at an earlier point in life? On my last trip to Thailand a lot of bizarre things happened. I ended up in a thirdie hospital and deported back to US.

I think you've gone through a rough period of finding truths you didn't wanna find, at least that's what happened to me. Ignorance is bliss.
To end the suffering that was caused by this you might wanna look into understanding that, in the end, everything will be alright, no matter what. This philosophy is slowly fixing me.
