I get spiritual attacks every once and then.Today, I decided to sleep early but this happened.My heart kept stopping every 30s as I tried to fall asleep so I repositioned my feet several times thinking blood isn't flowing but I heard brief female-like screams twice.Soon I actually almost fell asleep or just did or was asleep for like 10s then I heard a long banshee like female scream that wasn't really human. It kept screaming at me while vibrationally attacking me. It's hard to describe what that actually was like but I recall it crushing me with its weight(but not like sleep paralysis) and also bed was vibrating here and there together with my body or soul body. I was surprised by randomness of the event and had to forcibly break free so maybe it was a sort of paralysis though it wasn't something sitting on my chest kind of thing. Also I didn't see anything or perhaps my eyes were closed.This also happened quite early because I slept earlier than usual and so other person had their lights on and was still on computer and that pissed me off. It wasn't even late morning so the setting didn't even match.Also I have no idea who this bitch is and what her beef is randomly coming to a stranger who's trying to fix sleep schedule and randomly screaming so fucking loud at my face and vibrationally trying to crush me to death or something and it tried to cause a heart failure several times in the beginning over and over.But at this point, I want to know who is keep sending these things to me and why.If no one is doing so, then why are these beings every once and then commit some kind of spiritual attack. What do they have against me? I am slightly worried of it sounding like a banshee scream because that implies death in your family.

>>42377249and hear me out if you will,Several things I've learned of these spiritual or psychical attacks:-usually induces heart failure or some kind of heart damage-one time something had my blood vessels go like 1 million rpm.-can happen in near or in-between sleep stage or inside a dream-often coupled with violent vibration of your soul body and the bed (but banshee scream is new)-if under attack in a dream, it's usually I have entered a backspace or somewhere dark. if you enter some dark room without lights whether it's washroom or alley or whatever. usually attacks happen for whatever reason-sometimes they try to fry your brain-one time it felt like my brain was getting microwaved with really weird electric noise-sometimes they break the dream like whole reality breaks in a most freakish ways-extreme abdominal/intestinal pain lasting entire night like 8 to 10 hours. this is definitely the worst. doctors tell you nothing's wrong with you. parasite cleanse doesn't do shit. you are tempted to throw yourself out of the window or stab yourself to death. you moan like a bitch writhing for hours and hours non stop.
