Answering questions for those who want to know about OBE.
Questions from last thread:
>>42372290
>Have you ever used remote viewing for any purpose?
I remote viewed something once and confirmed it after. I don't have much experience with it and don't do it.
Mostly just OBE and some other things.
>>42372403
>Do you meet others in an OBE?
Generally no. Never normal, mortal humans. Nor have I ever intended to.
I have had a couple of encounters though. Ayys and ancients.

For example...
I would rather keep the topic on OBEs though.

Does the out-of-body world differ from ours here and there? What are the differences?

You think anyone can do it? Or is it reserved for people with a gift
>>
have you ever tried to heal or modify your physical body from the higher planes?

I have only remained in this realm. I have not visited anything that I thought to be a different realm.
My very first experience that I can recall, I was being pulled toward space. It was like I was falling toward the stars and half way off Earth when I freaked out and snapped back to the body.
The most foreign place I have found myself was some sort of celestial body which had floating chunks of earth or orbiting fairly close to the surface.
That's where I saw something like >>42377409

I think that most healthy people have the potential to do it. If you have ever experienced "sleep paralysis" (hypnagogia) then I believe you have already met the prerequisite. It started in a mostly spontaneous way for me. Then got better with practice. I was doing a breathing exercise the first time I experienced it though and I believe that was a key factor due to relaxing into the proper state.

I have not tried.

Think of it as falling asleep slowly until your body is asleep and your mind is still awake. It's normal for this to be terrifying because why would it be? But staying calm is important.
Once you find yourself in that state and you want to go out of body, remember one thing: Get up! Just try to move as you would physically move. Your body won't actually move, but you will. Once you move out of your body, you are out of body.
It's really easy at that point. The challenges are allowing your mind to cool down and calm enough for your body to click off into sleep mode. Then staying calm during this whole process.
One last thing to consider: Everybody thinks about going out of body and it's easy to forget about coming back. It is likely that you will jolt back to your body in an uncomfortable manner as you are learning. Especially if you freak out. So how do you return?
Breathe! While you are out flying around and experiencing some freedom from Earth physics and you're ready to return, focus on consciously inhaling. Take a deep breath. Feel your physical lungs expanding and filling with air. The breathing really is a link between the conscious and subconscious mind. You are now breathing manually.
