I don't believe so. There's too much assymetry and irregularity and uncertainty for it to keep repeating exactly the same. I think we are in a cosmic loop of sorts and we incarnate in an endless variation of universe. I don't believe any universe or historical timeline is ever identically the same.I think if we lived in a reality of perfect symmetry, id be more likely to believe that.
