How do I enter a state of mild psychosis again? Starting a month ago I went into a mild form of psychosis with intense schizo thoughts and mild hallucinations. Within the last week I lost that state. I am really sad that this has faded since I actually was having a total fucking blast when this was happening.
How can I restore the psychosis in a "comfortable and controlled" way again? I don't know what triggered it last time other than some stress mixed with a specific series of thoughts.
This isn't a shitpost or joke.

You had a free acid trip. You could trying taking literal acid now.

You shouldn't play with that, before you know it it's permanent and you become a drooling psychward patient against your will.

It was different from drugs so I don't think I could replicate it with psychedelics. In this state it was like I could go schizo thought the day, sleep, dream, wake up the next day and it all flowed into itself in a constant state of thought. I have no mental illness. This randomly happened. It was so awesome I was so close to learning true knowledge

Mild?

Controlled? Good luck, king.

Sleep deprivation, especially if you mildly sustain it like only 3-4 hours of sleep per night for a few weeks. Keeps you somewhat functional but you definitely wind up with a foot on the other side.

I don't know if I could control it with that. Before this episode I was a life-long insomniac. Maybe even sleep deprivation caused it?
Now that it needed, for the first time in my life I don't have insomnia, I can now sleep soundly for 8 hours. Sounds average for any normie reading but for me that is mental.

Bro you should be happy the insomnia ia gone then, since that shit severely shortens your life. Cut your losses and be grateful for the quality of life improvement instead of trying to schizo out.

Get a corporate job.
Try to actually help them.
Enjoy the stress being treated like shit despite trying to help them causes.
