Apparently there's large group of schizos who live in RV parks in south Cali cause of energy vortex that draws aliens there

Do any anons live there?

I think electro-magnetic fluctuations can affect consciousness. This was recorded historically when obesrving people who went crazy during certain sun or earth cycles. It's also observed in the far north near the magnetic pole. Maybe that's what's going on with these "vortices".

The problem is, people already assign spiritual and metaphysical significance to astrological phenomena. They may have been on the verge of cracking already and the culturally relevant stimulus of, say, an eclipse pushed them over the edge. When we perceive it's acceptable or likely for something to occur has a serious pull on when or if we engage in that thing. The problem with incidents in far northern areas is that isolation and remoteness are predictors of mental instability. Generally poorer access to care, resources, and other people means reduced/weakened support structures. Less sunlight means higher rates of depression, similarly for being cooped up inside frequently due to inclement weather.

So what do you think causes the uproar about vortices? I recently became aware of it myself, as it's a big deal in Arizona.

It also seems to kind of connect to the Alawite concept of clouds, but I haven't tried to delve deeply into that.

I think people attribute meaning to things and then behave according to the nature of whatever meaning they've attributed to it. If you think there's an energy vortex somewhere and you have notions about what that does to the area and people around it, you're going to behave - without necessarily being conscious of it - in line with what you think should be happening to you. I think certain people are also predisposed to taking an interest in things like this, which may come with other traits like fantasy proneness or higher neuroticism. I also don't think it's a problem until people are moving towards hurting themselves or others.
