Greetings, /x/Within a week's time I will be traveling through two of world's most spiritually active regions. The Sonoran and the Chihuahuan deserts. It is my intent to camp (with permission) in a private area within each desert. There I will set up a small inter-faith alter full of unmarked candles. As I light each candle I will say aloud, in what I hope will be complete silence and darkness, a prayer. Not mine but instead prayers posted to this thread. If your interested in submitting a prayer please continue reading:-Any form of prayer is acceptable.-Prayers may be addressed to any entity, real or imagined, good or evil.-Prayers can be genuine or satirical. -Prayers will be read verbatim. I will not alter them at all. Keep this in mind if you want it read in first, second, third, person or past, present, future tense. -Prayers can be requested to be read in different emotional tones. Simply indicate the tone of each segment in parentheses and I will do my best to read your prayer in that emotion(s). If no emotion is specified I will attempt to read it in a calm, low, neutral voice (asmr basically).-Prayer size is limited to the size of a 4chan's comment limit but feel free to submit more than one prayer.-Prayers can be requested to be read in either desert.-Prayer submissions will be open until this time, exactly a week from now.-Next I will do my best to film and publish these prayers most likley in the form of a video on Youtube.Check back here for updates starting from the first Thursday of June until the last or until your prayer is answered.-Lastly, remember "I" personally will not be praying "for" anyone I will merely be serving as a vessel delivering your message in places where it's silent enough for the quietest whisper to be heard and for the smallest flame to be seen.Thanks in advance for engaging with my autism, I will do my best.Amen.
I pray for all humanity, I pray that those who suffer in the conflicts of the world will be kept safe, I pray for an end to violence and hate, I pray for the flourishing of all the children of the earth, and for all to realize that we are all bound together by Love. Amen
